While this is completely a computer generated fractal, I was able to edge out an almost sketched texture. This is available in a variety of products at Society6
Flame Dances
Almost like a calligraphy of flames seems to almost call out a holiday invitation somehow.
Line Study
I have always liked the concept of how hair changes its form from dry to wet and while this may be an abstract version of some loose hairs on wet skin (which is hardly an abstract concept!), the bluishness came about automatically and seemed to make the color contrast work better.

The concept here was simply an impossible lily which somehow became three dimensional and caused me to think of a round tablecloth for a Spring luncheon (albeit it may perpetually look like it needs ironing).

This started as a plain geometric exercise which somehow got colored in a birch like tint, and that got me thinking about wooden boats. This led to me bending some things, adding more color, and structural elements.
